1. Scope of This Policy

This Shipping Policy applies only to physical products, specifically Printed Time Currency.

Digital products are delivered electronically and are governed by:

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–3 working days after successful payment confirmation
• Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays

Processing time does not include transit time.

3. Shipping Timeline

• Estimated delivery time: 8–10 working days from the date of dispatch
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, serviceability, or external conditions

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Shipping Partners

AUM uses reliable third-party logistics providers, including but not limited to:

• India Post
• Shree Maruti Courier Services

Courier partner selection is at AUM’s discretion based on serviceability and operational feasibility.

5. Shipping Charges

• A flat shipping & handling charge of ₹250 (INR) is applied per product dispatched
• This charge covers:
  • Packaging
  • Handling
  • Labour
  • Courier costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

6. Dispatch Confirmation & Tracking

Once an order is dispatched:

• You will receive a dispatch confirmation
• Tracking details may be shared where available

Tracking availability depends on the courier partner and destination.

7. Delivery Responsibility

Once the order is handed over to the courier partner:

• Delivery responsibility lies with the courier service
• AUM is not liable for delays caused by the courier partner

However, we will provide reasonable assistance in coordination where possible.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

AUM is not responsible for:

• Delays
• Failed deliveries
• Loss of shipment

resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Re-shipping in such cases may incur additional charges.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive:

• A damaged product, or
• An incorrect item

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence.

10. Force Majeure

AUM shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Strikes or lockdowns
• Courier service disruptions
• Infrastructure or connectivity failures

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• AUM shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from shipping delays
• Liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the product purchased

12. Policy Amendments

AUM reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the Website.
